Refund policy

Due to the nature of food and tea products, I do not accept returns on opened or used items. Every box is carefully inspected and packed by me personally before shipping.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 20 or more days, contact me at peter@petervietsteahouse.com - I will issue a full refund. If the package later arrives, you may keep it.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. I'll make it right.

Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive the wrong items or something is missing from your order, contact me immediately and I'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unopened Returns If you change your mind and the box is completely unopened, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
