Shipping policy

Every order is personally packed by me in Vietnam and shipped internationally with care. Thank you for supporting Peter Viet's Teahouse.

Shipping Times Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 5-12 working days depending on your location. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 20 or more days, contact me at peter@petervietsteahouse.com - I will issue a full refund. If the package later arrives, you may keep it.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. I'll make it right.

Customs and Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. I have no control over customs delays.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot reship or refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
